Warren Buffett is the man. The chairman and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway has promised his employees $1 million a year, for life, if they correctly predict the Sweet 16 teams in their company bracket, according to CNN Money.

It’s safe to say these are the highest stakes of any company pool I’ve ever seen.
Buffett also said if no one wins, he will still award $100,000 to the person who makes it furthest through the tournament without a busted bracket.
The investor first started March Madness contests in 2014, offering $1 billion to the person who could guess all 64 teams. It was open to the public then, but has since been closed to employees.
There are about 367,700 employees eligible for this contest, but according to a Fortune article, there are 282 trillion possible Sweet 16 variations.
Still, someone is going home with at least some cash.
