Villanova’s Josh Hart consoles Seton Hall’s Angel Delgado after he misses game-tying shot
The Villanova star showed great sportsmanship after winning in the Big East tournament.

There was a great moment of sportsmanship at the end of Villanova’s victory over Seton Hall in the Big East tournament. When the buzzer sounded and the Wildcats had won, there was senior star Josh Hart consoling Seton Hall’s Angel Delgado, who had just missed a potential game-tying layup at the buzzer.
With ‘Nova trailing by one, Hart darted in for an and-one putback of a missed shot to give Villanova a lead. Seton Hall got one final chance, but Delgado missed a short but contested shot after getting great post position. As Delgado laid on the floor after the buzzer, there was Hart with words of encouragement.
These two programs have a history. You might remember Seton Hall defeating Villanova in the Big East title game last year. The Wildcats responded by reeling off six straight wins to claim the national title.
The Pirates should still be in the field. You can tell there is a lot of respect between these two teams.
