Did UC Davis give us the first flop of March Madness?
Arell Hennings wanted a call on this. The refs swallowed their whistles.

Late in the first half of NC Central and UC Davis’ First Four meeting in Dayton, UC Davis guard Arell Hennings took a turnover straight up the floor under a full head of steam and collided with the Eagles’ Dajuan Graf at the top of the key.
Two things: the initial collision is among the more violent you’ll see on a basketball court, since Hennings is stopped dead in his tracks — he’s only 5’8, after all, to Graf’s only slightly taller 6’0. But after they collide, Hennings goes down hard, though he may have oversold the fall.
Whatever the motivations or physics at play in this sequence, the referees saw no reason to call a foul on either player, and off went Graf to sink a first-half ending three-pointer.
UC Davis trailed at halftime, 34-31.
