Vitto Brown made the game-winning defensive play in Wisconsin’s upset of Villanova in the second round on Saturday. It’s been a long road for the senior to get here, from a seldom-used reserve on two Final Four teams to a key starter in his final year of college basketball.

Wisconsin’s center also has a lovely singing voice.

There was a time when Brown wasn’t even known for his ability on the court. Instead, Brown first made his name at Wisconsin for ... singing. The man has a lovely voice.
When Wisconsin made the Final Four in 2015, Brown’s main camera time came when he sang the national anthem as the Badgers’ representative. No one from the other three schools was about to play in a basketball game:

And you know you want to hear Vitto Brown sing Christmas songs:
Brown has gone to the second weekend of the NCAA tournament every year of his career. It didn’t look like Wisconsin would be able to do that this season with Villanova standing in the way, but here they are. It was Brown who made the biggest play of the game.
When you see him in the Sweet 16, just remember this singer can play a little basketball, too.
