This is March, so it’s finally time to reveal the 2018 NCAA women’s bracket. Spoiler: UConn is going to make it!

Here we go!

Aside from the favorite to win it all, the Huskies, 63 other teams will try to do what the South Carolina did last year and cut the nets down in Columbus. Thirty-two teams will get automatic bids for winning their conference tournament, and 32 others will receive at-large bids. The games will begin Friday.
As always, the tournament is single elimination, so anything is possible. UConn will have tough competition to fight through, as Baylor, Louisville, and Mississippi State — the team that knocked them off in the Final Four last year — all look strong. Notre Dame is another team to look at, as they came within single digits to Connecticut when the teams played earlier in the season.
One player who makes every game a must-watch is South Carolina’s A’ja Wilson, the favorite to go No. 1 in the 2018 WNBA Draft. In last year’s championship game, she was the star who scored 23 points on 15 shots, and grabbed 10 boards. She’s been here and done all this before.
