The bank is open on Saturdays for Loyola-Chicago, and the Ramblers have done it again. On a game-winner from Clayton Custer with 3.6 seconds left, the Ramblers are headed to the Sweet 16 for the first time since 1985. Not a bad follow up after Thursday’s buzzer beater over Miami.

The Ramblers are still dancing after more late-game heroics.
A key replay set the play up. After Tennessee’s Grant Williams put the Vols up with a free throw late in the game, an errant passed forced a review. Loyola retained possession, and Custer provided the heroics on the ensuing play because the Ramblers were able to set up and run a set play.
The darling of the NCAA tournament is still around with their 98-year old totem of good luck, Sister Jean, praying for the team pregame and peppering in some scouting reports. Honestly, what’s not to like about the Ramblers?
