The opening rounds of the 2018 NCAA tournament delivered the annual buzzer-beaters, upsets, stunners, and Cinderella stories that we’ve come to associate with March Madness. Now, the four regional sites in Atlanta, Los Angeles, Omaha, and Boston will play host to the Sweet 16 and Elite Eight rounds from Thursday, March 22 through Sunday, March 25. After that, the Final Four converges on San Antonio.
March Madness live stream 2018: Times, TV schedule, how to watch Thursday online
We’re two steps away from San Antonio.

Some usual names are through to the round of 16. No. 1 Villanova has looked utterly lethal on both ends of the floor and especially in the area of perimeter shooting. No. 1 Kansas has struggled here and there against Penn and Seton Hall but, in the end, handled business. No. 2 Duke has come on strong this month, and the Blue Devils will get No. 11 Syracuse, who toppled a very talented Michigan State club on Sunday afternoon to punch a ticket to Omaha.
No. 3 Michigan rose out of the middle of the West Region to earn a trip to LA after a dramatic buzzer-beater to overcome Houston, 64-63.
One of the tournament’s best stories thus far is Loyola-Chicago, which came out of a No. 11 line in the first round to stun Miami then Tennessee on consecutive buzzer-beaters. The Ramblers have played themselves into the role of Cinderella this year, but they’re built to pull off a Sweet 16 win, if not beyond.
