Devin Fuller is one of the more dynamic recruits in the country. At 5’11.5” and 185 pounds, the New Jersey athlete has garnered more than 20 scholarship offers from some of the top schools in the country, including Nebraska, Rutgers, Notre Dame, Baylor, UCLA and Arizona. Fuller plays quarterback in high school, and while he would like to continue at the position in college, he’s considered a very good cornerback prospect.
Can Rutgers Keep Recruit Devin Fuller Home?
Will Devin Fuller leave the Garden State?
Fuller recently visited UCLA, a program that’s been hot on the recruiting trail since the hire of Jim Mora. Fuller tweeted:
”I’m just here for a visit but I love it so far.“Visits rarely go poorly, so the tweet is likely not worth reading into too much, but it says something that UCLA got Fuller to use one of his visits to go cross country.
Fuller had previously taken visits to Nebraska and TCU. Nebraska and Rutgers are thought to be his leader, and he’ll officially visit the Scarlet Knights this weekend. Will Rutgers be able to get Fuller to shut down the recruitment process and commit to the home-state team?
It’s uncertain where Fuller will take his final visit, though Notre Dame, Arizona and Baylor are thought to be in consideration.
