USC at UCLA: Tahaan Goodman, Priest Willis, other star recruits visiting

The battle for Los Angeles will be showcased to some of the best recruits in Southern California.

Stephen Dunn

As the host team, UCLA is the school inviting the top recruits. And in addition to a huge group of committed recruits, many uncommitted stars will also be joining in on the fun. Here are a few of the best:

Tahaan Goodman

Goodman is a star safety out of the loaded Rancho Cucamonga (Calif.) area. A consensus four-star recruit, he stands 6’1 and weighs 185 pounds. USC is considered his favorite, however it is not certain that the Trojans have room, given their limited scholarships due to NCAA sanctions. In addition to USC and UCLA, he is also considering LSU and Washington.

Priest Willis

Willis is another talented defensive back making the trip. Out of Tempe (Ariz.) Marcos De Niza, Willis is a big cornerback, but could also play safety in college at 6’2 and 200 pounds. As one would expect at that height, he has good length. Willis is a consensus four-star recruit, and is considering LSU, UCLA, Nebraska, Texas, Virginia and USC.

Devon Allen

A consensus four-star recruit out of Phoenix’s Brophy College Prep, Allen has offers from coast to coast. UCLA has long been the favorite of the 6’1, 187-pound receiver, and some believe he will commit to UCLA this weekend while on his visit. Other contenders include Arizona State and Texas.

Damorea Stringfellow

Stringfellow is the gem of Washington’s class, but UCLA will be looking to pull the heist this weekend. Stringfellow is a very solid 6’2 and 205 pounds. Can UCLA get him to switch and stay close to his Moreno Valley (Calif.) home?
