Reed has been the talk of recruiting experts recently, as coaches stopped to visit the sophomore at East Mississippi Community College. Some believed he would head to Florida.
Reed, who is originally from North Carolina, is a solid 6’4 and 302 pounds. He is rated three or four stars depending on the service, but is a strong candidate to end up a unanimous four-star when all is said and done. Ole Miss will expect Reed to step in and contribute immediately.
Hugh Freeze’s first full class as head coach of Ole Miss now numbers 20, and should continue to climb.
