The recruitment of one of the top uncommitted players in the country will come to an end Monday morning ($) when 2013 Sealy (TX) athlete Ricky Seals-Jones has decided to end his recruitment in an announcement at his school at 10 am CST.

It's the second announcement of the year for the cousin of Eric Dickerson, who gave his verbal pledge to Texas back in February before de-committing in June.

A freak athlete who will start out at wide receiver at his college of choice, the 6-5, 230-pounder narrowed his choices down to LSU and Texas A&M back in September and has since taken unofficial visits to both schools, with the most recent a trip to College Station, a beatdown of Missouri after which none other than likely Heisman winner Johnny Manziel quickly made his way over to Seals-Jones to pay his respects after the game.

Let no one say Johnny Football fails to grasp the importance of recruiting.

Seals-Jones had set up an official visit to Texas A&M for January 11th after hosting both schools on recent in-home visits. However, it appears that the visit is no longer necessary to help the prospect known as RSJ come to his final decision.

Considering the proximity of Texas A&M to Sealy and the appeal of playing three seasons with Manziel, it’s hard to see LSU winning this battle and keeping Seals-Jones from joining a massive class of wide receivers in a massive Aggie class that currently stands at 32 pledges.

While we’re here, let’s watch some of the many fine college football videos from SB Nation’s YouTube channel:
