The Oklahoma St. Cowboys have developed into one of the strongest programs in the Big 12 under head coach Mike Gundy. A significant reason for that rise is success on the recruiting trail, and the Cowboys look to bring in another top-25 class in 2013. The Cowboys are dealing with the loss of their offensive coordinator yet again though, after Todd Monken left to take the Southern Miss job.
Oklahoma State football recruiting: Cowboys closing in on another top-25 class
The Cowboys have steadily built themselves up over the past few seasons and will add another solid recruiting class to the collection in 2013.

Here’s a closer look at some of Oklahoma State’s bigger commits for the 2013 class:
Fred Ross: It’s no surprise that Oklahoma State is bringing in multiple highly rated wide receiver prospects, and Ross could be the best one. The 6’1, 185 wideout from Tyler, TX is rated as a four-star prospect by most services, and could be the next OSU wideout to put up huge numbers in Coach Gundy’s offense.
Vincent Taylor: Offense isn’t the only focus in Stillwater, and they’re bringing in the 6’3, 277 lb defensive tackle to help shore up the middle of the defense.
Naim Mustafaa: The Cowboys went to Georgia to bring in this 6’4, 235 lb edge rusher. Mustafaa went with OSU over offers from Tennessee, Auburn, Florida and Florida State.
Ra’Shaad Samples: Another speedy wide receiver from Texas. Samples lacks ideal size at only 5’11, but runs a 4.5 40-yard dash.
