Na’Ty Rodgers was expected to commit to South Carolina, and Monday morning, he did. He’s one of two top offensive tackle recruits in the Gamecocks’ class.

Rodgers, a consensus four-star offensive tackle recruit, Tweeted a picture of himself in South Carolina gear:

Rodgers had been expected to pick the Gamecocks for some time, as Bud Elliott wrote while previewing the Under Armour All-American Game, where Rodgers played. The 6-foot-4, 285-pounder from Pomfret, Maryland was also considering Florida State, Maryland, Oklahoma, and Washington, amongst others. Rodgers, a consensus four-star is considered one of the top 25 players at the offensive tackle spot in the upcoming class.
With Rodgers in the fold, the Gamecocks continue to add to a class considered one of the top 15 in the nation. Rodgers is the fifth offensive lineman in the class, joining fellow four-star offensive tackle D.J. Park. Services are divided on whether Park or Rodgers is the better recruit, but both are big gets for South Carolina.
