The Tennessee Volunteers will be hosting a fairly solid group of official visitors this weekend as they try to wrap up their 2013 recruiting class.
Tennessee football recruiting: Vonn Bell, Joshua Dobbs, Tyler Boyd, E.J. Levenberry visiting Vols
The Tennessee Volunteers will be hosting several prominent recruits, particularly the uncommitted Vonn Bell.

They’ll be looking to sway several recruits that are currently uncommitted or committed elsewhere.
One such recruit is Vonn Bell, a consensus five-star safety from Rossville, Georgia and Ridgeland HIgh School. Bell recently visited Alabama and Ohio State, but Tennessee figures to be on the short list.
Tennessee will also look to convince Joshua Dobbs, a four-star pro-style quarterback from Alpharetta High School in Alpharetta, Georgia. Dobbs is currently committed to play for the Arizona State Sun Devils.
Bud Elliott’s take:
Tennessee can pitch Dobbs on staying closer to home and potentially starting as a freshman with the departure of Tyler Bray to the NFL.
Tyler Boyd will also be tripping up to Knoxville. The four-star wide receiver from Clairton High School in Clairton, Pennsylvania is currently committed to Pitt.
Bud Elliott’s take:
Boyd’s stock has dropped quite a bit during his senior year, but he’s still fairly sought after. Tennessee has a real chance to flip him.
Bud Elliott’s take:
Some think Levenberry is very solid to Florida State, but whenever a prospect takes a visit, there is always a chance for another school to steal him.
