Michigan has had no problems continuing its recruiting excellence under Brady Hoke, as it looks like the Wolverines will post their third straight top-10 class in 2014.
Michigan football recruiting 2013: Wolverines bringing in another Top 10 class
Brady Hoke certainly recruits like a Michigan Man.

Michigan’s current 2014 class ranks eighth in the 247sports composite team rankings. That’s good for second in the Big Ten. Ohio State ranks second in the country.
Those rankings are made even more impressive by the fact that the Wolverines have just 16 commitments in their class, and have not added any new recruits since August.
The star of Michigan’s class is Jabrill Peppers. The cornerback from Paramus Catholic (N.J.) High School is rated a five-star by the 247sports composite. He is considered the best athlete in the country and the top player in the state.
Drake Harris is another key component of the Wolverines’ class. The wide receiver from Grand Rapids (Mich.) Christian High School is considered a four-star by the 247sports composite. He is rated the fifth-best wide receiver in the nation and the third-best player in the state.
Bryan Mone is a top commitment for Michigan. The defensive tackle out of Highland (Utah) High School is rated a four-star by the 247sports composite. He is considered the sixth-best defensive tackle in the country and the best player in the state.
Mason Cole is another big part of Hoke’s haul. The offensive guard out of East Lake (Fla.) High School is considered a four-star by the 247sports composite. He is rated as the ninth-best offensive guard in the country and the 18th-best player in the state.
On target
Michigan is the favorite for two elite defensive linemen, in five-star Da’Shawn Hand, of Woodbridge (Va.) High School. Hand is one of the top players in the country. Hand is also heavily considering Alabama and Florida. And the Wolverines are also considered the favorite for Malik McDowell, of Detroit (Mi.) Southfield. McDowell and Hand would add a ton of size to Michigan’s defensive end position.
