Ronnie Clark commits: 4-star S/LB picks Alabama over Auburn
The Crimson Tide landed another top defensive prospect on Friday.

Clark, out of Calera (Ala.) High School, is listed as a four-star prospect by the major recruiting services, and he checks in at 6’3, 210 pounds and runs a reported 4.59-second 40-yard dash. The 247Sports composite ratings list Clark as the No. 5 outside linebacker in the class and No. 5 player from the state of Alabama, and Rivals says he’s the ninth-best safety and fourth-best player from Alabama.
Clark has 13 scholarship offers from around the country, and he chose the Crimson Tide over archrival Auburn, Clemson, LSU, Nebraska and South Carolina, among others. He is the 15th four-star-or-better player to commit to Alabama during this cycle, per 247 composite, and he’s the fourth linebacker to commit.
