2013 Waco (Texas) defensive tackle Andrew Billings will make his long-awaited announcement on Tuesday on local radio:
Andrew Billings announcement will finally happen on Tuesday
Many expected announcements in the past have been postponed by the lineman with a strong punch.

The 6-1, 315-pound two-way standout in high school is now being recruited as a defensive tackle by each of his three finalists -- Baylor, TCU, and Texas. Billings took official visits to Baylor and TCU in January and Texas in December for the team’s football banquet.
A consensus four-star prospect, Billings is a top-15 defensive tackle in the country according to the 247Sports composite rankings and decided not to participate in the International Bowl for Team USA in order to focus on coming to his final decision.
The recruitment of Billings has been one of the more mysterious in the state of Texas in the 2013 cycle, as he has declined to name leaders throughout the process and has in general said little publicly about his leanings. Given that he’s not playing for Team USA, it’s likely that Billings legitimately has not yet chosen where he will attend college.
