Well-regarded athlete Jabrill Peppers announced his commitment to the Michigan Wolverines on Sunday evening. The Paramus Catholic High School (NJ) product, a consensus five-star prospect and one of the 10 best overall players in the class, could play one of several positions in Ann Arbor, including defensive back, running back and wide receiver.
Jabrill Peppers commits to Michigan
Brady Hoke made a huge addition to his football program when he earned Peppers’ commitment Sunday.

He chose Michigan over LSU, Ohio State, Alabama, Florida, Stanford and many, many others.
Peppers officially stands 6’1 and weighs 205 pounds; he has been clocked running a 4.40 40-yard dash, according to 247Sports. He lends further momentum to a 2014 Michigan class that already had 10 commitments prior to his addition. It’s a group that ranks among the country’s top 10, featuring pledges from three consensus top-100 players.
SB Nation recruiting analyst Bud Elliott had this to say about Peppers recently:
A man of Peppers’ size should not be able to turn and run like he can with the smoothness that he shows. His ability to accelerate at 200-plus pounds is excellent. His top-end speed is also quite good.
