4-star CB Trayvon Mullen talks LSU, Florida State, visit schedule
One of the top defensive backs in the country discussed his recruitment with SB Nation.
A 6’2, 175 pound prospect, Mullen is rated a four-star recruit by the 247Sports Composite. He ranks as the 46th-best prospect in the class of 2016, the fifth-best cornerback in the country, and the 10th-best recruit in the state of Florida.
Mullen claims offers from Clemson, Florida, LSU, Ohio State, TCU, Alabama, Auburn, and Florida State, among many other national suitors. He spoke with us about his desire to be the top defensive back in the country, and his connection to LSU (and the program’s history of producing NFL defensive backs), among other schools.
Florida State and Auburn are two other major suitors, and Mullen talked with SB Nation about his relationship with Seminole defensive coordinator Charles Kelly. He said he’s planning on taking visits to Ole Miss and TCU soon.
