I laid out 16 teams who, in my mind, are absolutely capable. But nine teams made me pause: Nebraska, Oregon, Tennessee, UCLA, Washington, Stanford, Michigan State, and Virginia Tech. Ultimately, I decided that four of those were definitely in the “NO” category. Listen to find out who, and why.
