Four-star quarterback Jack Tuttle is participating in this weekend’s The Opening Finals in Beaverton, Oreg. The longtime Utah commit is participating on Team Lunarbeast, alongside Virginia Tech commit Quincy Patterson.
Utah QB commit Jack Tuttle is so consistent, it’s clear why Bama wants him
He’s been committed since December, but Alabama’s trying to flip him.

Tuttle is the No. 6 pro-style quarterback in the 2018 class, and one of the top 15 players out of the state of California according to 247Sports. Tuttle has been committed to Utah since last December, but a number of big-time schools are still recruiting him hard. One of those is Alabama, which extended a scholarship to him in March.
“I’m very competitive, I love to get better in everything I do, and I always keep pushing myself and I play for my family, and my brothers and my coaches.” Tuttle said in a recent interview with SB Nation.
One of the things Tuttle does best is extending plays if and when the pocket breaks down.
“I think I’ve always been good at extending plays and getting the ball downfield and getting the ball out of my hands.”
As far as the quarterback who he models his game after, that’d be none other than New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady.
“Brady is very intelligent, very resilient. If he ever gets in a bad situation, he rethinks everything and gets back right on track.”
We’ll see if Utah can hang on to the talented quarterback as the recruiting cycle continues. It’s clear to see why programs like Alabama are after him.
