The No. 13 South Carolina Gamecocks host the Tennessee Volunteers on Saturday looking to stop a two-game slide. The Gamecocks opened the season 6-0 but have since lost to the LSU Tigers and the Florida Gators.

South Carolina's offense should see more of a contribution from tailback Marcus Lattimore. After averaging 91.5 yards per game in the first six games, he gained only 35 yards against LSU and 13 against Florida. He bruised his hip in the LSU loss, but the junior is expected to return to form against the Vols. Starting quarterback Connor Shaw was pulled halfway through the game against Florida, but head coach Steve Spurrier says that he'll remain in for the entire game against Tennessee. As he told the Associated Press:

“I told him the other day, ‘You are not coming out unless you get hurt,’” Spurrier said. “If he skunks it up through the first half, he’s going to skunk it up the whole second half. This is his game.”
