Florida vs. LSU 2012 video highlights: Gators rally with two touchdown second half

The Florida Gators rallied with a two touchdown second half behind a huge Matt Elam fumble and steady doses of Mike Gillislee to beat the LSU Tigers 14-6.

The Florida Gators rallied from a 6-0 halftime deficit to beat the LSU Tigers 14-6. Here are the video highlights.

LSU started off strong with a Drew Alleman 31 yard field goal after a 10 play, 64 yard drive to begin the game. The Tigers would then force a fumble deep in Florida territory that they would later convert into another Alleman field goal, this one from 21 yards.

The second half belonged to Florida. An Omarius Hines 14 yard scamper aided by a 15 yard LSU personal foul set up a Mike Gillislee 12 yard touchdown run that put the Gators up 7-6. Zach Mettenberger tried to strike back immediately with a huge 56 yard connection to Odell Beckham, but Beckham fumbled the football after Florida safety Matt Elam pretty much took the football away from him. Florida then put together a dominant drive on the ground, as Gillislee pounded it with 45 rushing yards on six carries, capping things off with a 12 yard touchdown run.
