After their upset of No. 1 Alabama last week, the surprising Texas A&M Aggies will be getting a bit of a break this Saturday as the Division I-AA Sam Houston State Bearkats are set to pay a visit College Station.

Upon second glance though, the Bearkats might not exactly be the pushover they seem. Sam Houston State is ranked No. 3 in the FCS Top 25 poll and has won seven straight since opening the season 1-2.
Yes, the Aggies have the stats on their side (10-0-1 all-time against the Bearkats) but Texas A&M has only played Sam Houston State once in the last 70 years so history is little help.
The Bearkats have a potent offense that averages an Oregon-esque 490.3 per game and specializes in hanging 40+ points an opponent. Then again, it’s probably not wise to bet against Johnny Football.
