2013 opener at Reliant for OK State, Mississippi
Oklahoma State and Mississippi State are working on a deal to hold the 2012-13 season opener at Reliant Stadium in Houston, according to an ESPN report. The game is currently slated to be held on Aug. 31.
Reliant Stadium will be the home to a yearly season-opening game for the NCAA, joining Atlanta’s Georgia Dome and Cowboys Stadium as the two stadiums with annual college football games on Labor Day weekend.
