The Stanford Cardinal have publicly unveiled their sparkling new football facility, showing off a new weight room, locker room and coaches' offices, among other features. The $21 million building pays homage to Cardinal players and teams in recent years with numerous images and plaques on the walls.

The Cardinal coaches and players have fancy new digs.

Stanford head coach David Shaw told the Washington Post the facility sends a message for the Cardinal.
“It shows how serious we are about football,” Shaw said. “We needed new facilities. We needed more space and we needed a bigger, nicer locker room and we needed the meeting space. It’s exactly what we needed. It’s beautiful.”
While the Cardinal don’t appear to have a waterfall grotto in their locker room or a building that resembles some sort of futuristic fortress, they do have at least one major asset: giant-iPad coffee table.
