College GameDay will be setting up shop in Tuscaloosa next weekend as the Alabama Crimson Tide host the LSU Tigers.
College GameDay headed to Tuscaloosa for Alabama-LSU game
Chris Fowler, Lee Corso, Kirk Herbstreit and the gang will head to Tuscaloosa for the first time since 2011.

Next stop for @CollegeGameDay is Tuscaloosa. Tigers and Tide. Get some.

Lee Corso and the crew have not been to Bryant-Denny Stadium since November 2011, though the Crimson Tide have been featured on the program eight times since then. The last time GameDay was at an Alabama home game was The Game Of The Century, which turned out to be a snoozer.
There really weren’t any other games in the running to be part of ESPN’s telecast. With the two other biggest matchups of the week (Oregon-Stanford and Oklahoma-Baylor) coming on Thursday night, the second-best option was probably Nebraska-Michigan. We all know that wasn’t going to happen. Given all of the SEC and BCS implications that will come when ‘Bama and LSU take the field, the decision was a no-brainer.
Kickoff on Saturday will come at 8 p.m. ET. CBS will televise the game.
