Week 13’s slate of games is arguably as good as any other week this year. The early run is a bit weak, but things could start getting crazy a little later in the day. No. 4 Baylor, No. 5 Oregon, No. 8 Missouri and No. 12 Texas A&M all face tough road challenges, which could really shake up the BCS-bowl picture.

There are numerous top-25 matchups scattered throughout the day, but things will really pick up in prime time when Baylor battles Oklahoma State, Arizona State squares off with UCLA and Missouri travels to Ole Miss.

Add in that a couple of intriguing division races could be decided -- South Carolina clinches the SEC East with a Missouri loss, and Arizona State clinches the Pac-12 South with a win over UCLA -- and college football fans everywhere should have plenty to keep their attention.

No. 4 Baylor (-9.5) at No. 10 Oklahoma State
The Big 12 doesn’t host a championship game anymore, but this matchup will serve as the de facto one. The Bears come in with a perfect 9-0 record, and Oklahoma State is 9-1 and improving every week after a bit of a shaky start.
Anyone who likes offense will enjoy this one. Baylor leads the nation in scoring, averaging an absurd 61.2 points per game. OSU ranks 14th nationally with just over 40 points a game. No one has really been able to slow down the Bears, though the Cowboys will have the benefit of a raucous crowd on their side at Boone Pickens Stadium.
If Oklahoma State wants to pull the upset, the Cowboys are going to have to employ a bend-but-don't-break defense. Kansas State held Baylor to just 35 points, and the Wildcats did it in an unconventional way: They didn't blitz once. Bryce Petty loves to let the ball fly down the field; the Cowboys' defensive backs have to keep Antwan Goodley and Tevin Reese in front of them.
Clint Chelf will have to play his best game yet for the Pokes to win. He's been turnover prone at times, throwing at least one interception in four of his last five games. He's done a nice job replacing J.W. Walsh, but with all eyes on Stillwater this weekend, the senior QB will have to dig deep and make a couple of plays happen against an underrated Baylor defense.
No. 17 Arizona State (-2.5) at No. 14 UCLA
The Sun Devils and Bruins control their destinies in the Pac-12 South. If either team can win out, it will be division champion and likely face Oregon in the conference title game for a shot at the Rose Bowl. The loser isn’t completely out of the running, but it would need some help. There’s a full breakdown here.
As for the game itself, ASU and UCLA look to be pretty evenly matched on paper.
The Sun Devils are led by dynamic running back Marion Grice, who has done it all in 2013. He leads the nation's 10th-ranked scoring offense with 1,267 combined yards and 20 total touchdowns. Junior QB Taylor Kelly has struggled in recent weeks, but he still has the ability to burn defenses with his arm and legs.
The story for UCLA is linebacker-turned-tailback Myles Jack. Jack broke out against Arizona earlier this month and then torched Washington for four touchdowns last week. If the Sun Devils aren’t able to contain Jack, it’s going to be a long day for the defense.
The key matchup to watch in this one is Brett Hundley vs. Arizona State's pass rush. The Devils have a couple of NFL prospects along their defensive line, and Hundley has shown an incredible ability to escape pressure in the pocket and make something out of nothing with his legs.
No. 12 Texas A&M at No. 22 LSU (-4)
Other than Florida, no team held Johnny Manziel and Texas A&M to fewer points than LSU last season. In what was a terrific game from start to finish, the Tigers knocked off the Aggies in College Station, 24-19, to just about take them out of the SEC West race.
On Saturday afternoon, Manziel will have a chance to get his revenge. TAMU is quietly lingering just outside the top 10, and it still has a decent shot at a BCS bowl game if it can win out. It’s never easy going into Death Valley, but the Ags may just be catching LSU at the right time.
After a promising 4-0 start to the season, the Tigers have taken a tumble over the last month. They’ve dropped three of their last six games, including their last two SEC matchups against Ole Miss and Alabama. Les Miles has been relatively pleased with the effort his team has shown all season long, but the execution just hasn’t been there. Fortunately for the Tigers, they still have a chance at a 10-win season if they can win their final two regular-season games at home and then come out of their bowl game victorious.
It would seem this game will come down to the quarterbacks. Manziel is playing as well as anyone in the nation, and LSU’s Zach Mettenberger has been pretty steady all season long. This looks to be a high-scoring game, and it might come down to whichever team gets the ball last.
