Bob Stoops’ home was burglarized early Wednesday morning, and while several items were stolen -- including a vehicle -- no one was harmed. The crime took place some time around 3:30 a.m. according to Norman police officer Eric Lehenbauer. It is considered a first-degree burglary.

Stoops was attending a booster event in Kansas along with some of his players on the night of the burglary, but several of his family members were at home sleeping while the crime occurred. Police have not released the names of the individuals who were in the house. The police were called once the family realized what happened at approximately 8:30 a.m. that morning, and Lehenbauer says police have leads that they are pursuing.

The investigation into the incident is ongoing, and no further details about the robbery have been made public by police officials.
