Khairi Clark commits to Florida: Gators land elite defensive tackle recruit
The Gators got a surprise addition to their recruiting class Saturday when four-star defensive tackle Khairi Clark committed to their program.

One of the top defensive line prospects in the country, Clark boasts elite athleticism for his size and could develop into a great player if he gets into better shape. He’s officially listed at 6’2 and 325 pounds right now and, if he’s able to improve his conditioning, he has the potential to be a disruptive force for Will Muschamp’s team.
Numerous major programs recruited Clark including Florida State, Alabama, LSU, Georgia, Ohio State and Notre Dame. It always appeared like he’d pick a school closer to home, though as stated earlier, most believed Miami was ahead of the pack before this news broke.
