That’s some tough luck there, Minnesota.

Minnesota is the hard-luck case of the West Division, with cross-division games against Michigan and Ohio State. Rutgers faces a daunting task, with division games against Buckeyes and Wolverines as well as cross-division matchups with Wisconsin and Nebraska. And Maryland could be in for a rough October considering its first three opponents.
The challenges for Michigan and Ohio State will come primarily from within the East Division; neither school will play Nebraska or Wisconsin. The Wolverines host the Buckeyes in the final week of the Big Ten regular season, when the division could be on the line.
Nebraska can look forward to what at this point appears to be a favorable set of road games, and the Cornhuskers also get the Badgers in Lincoln. The Northwestern Wildcats face a trio of challenging road trips, as well as a home game against Penn State.
