South Carolina's Jadeveon Clowney is a scary man. Many people are likely scared of the defensive end, and Clowney includes a few quarterbacks among that group. Speaking with reporters at SEC Media Days Tuesday, Clowney said Clemson's Tajh Boyd, Aaron Murray and Tyler Wilson were all scared of him last season.

You can't really blame Boyd, Murray or Wilson. After all, Clowney was responsible for one of the top college football highlights in recent memory when he nearly decapitated Michigan running back Vincent Smith during the Outback Bowl in January. Clowney finished second in the SEC with 13 sacks last season. He brought down Murray once and failed to sack Wilson, but he recorded 4.5 sacks in the regular-season finale against Clemson.
When Clemson head coach Dabo Swinney was told of Clowney’s comments, he offered a rebuttal, saying Boyd wasn’t scared.
