Did you know Georgia Tech is 4-0? Stop lying. The Yellow Jackets will have a chance to continue being one of just two undefeated teams in the ACC Saturday, when they host the Miami Hurricanes.
How to watch Miami vs. Georgia Tech: Game guide, TV schedule, streaming, odds
Can the Yellow Jackets stay on top of the Coastal?
The Yellow Jackets boast just one win over a Power 5 opponent -- a 27-24 road victory over Virginia Tech their last time out. Georgia Tech’s other wins came against Wofford, Tulane and Georgia Southern. Quarterback Justin Thomas has more passing touchdowns (seven) than rushing (two), but don’t let that fool you. The Yellow Jackets will still be running the ball a lot.
Miami started the season with a disappointing 31-13 loss to Louisville, but things have gotten better for the Hurricanes since. Al Golden’s squad beat Florida A&M and Arkansas State before losing to Nebraska, then rebounded last week with a solid victory over Duke. Freshman quarterback Brad Kaaya is improving, and it’s enough to make Miami fans wonder if the team has finally turned the corner.

Two things at stake
With a tough conference stretch to end the season, Miami needs to take ACC wins where it can find them.
Georgia Tech is undefeated, but none of its four wins have been particularly impressive. A victory over Miami would likely make the squad one of the two favorites in the Coastal, along with the winner of Pitt-Virginia.
One big matchup
Georgia Tech rushing offense vs. Miami rushing defense. The Yellow Jackets’ triple option attack came into the week ranked 11th in the nation in rushing, with over 200 yards on the ground in each of their four games this season. The biggest games came against Tulane (344 yards) and Georgia Southern (348 yards), but the Yellow Jackets still averaged 5.7 yards per carry against a good Virginia Tech defense.
Miami’s rushing defense has been stout this season, giving up fewer than 3.5 yards per carry in all but one game. That one game? Against Nebraska and Heisman candidate Ameer Abdullah, who burned the Hurricanes for 229 yards and two touchdowns.
