Texas A&M wide receiver Ricky Seals-Jones was arrested early Sunday morning and charged with disorderly conduct (language), as first reported by KBTX's Steve Fullhart.

Police say Seals-Jones was arrested after an altercation with someone who bumped into him attempted to fight someone who bumped into him as he was being “carried away by his friends” near a bar-heavy area of College Station.

As the officer moved towards the scene to see and hear what was going on, he says Seals-Jones broke away from his friends and yelled “F*** you! You want some?” The officer also says Seals-Jones motioned to the other person like he wanted to fight. The player was taken into custody on the misdemeanor charge.

A Texas A&M spokesman told KBTX Seals-Jones has been suspended indefinitely, per team policy. Seals-Jones has reportedly not been suspended, as the team is looking into the report.

The former five-star recruit caught three passes for 84 yards and a touchdown in Texas A&M's opener against Rice last season, but suffered a season-ending injury in the game and will be a redshirt freshman this season. He is expected to help fill the void caused by the departure of star receiver Mike Evans.

Quarterback Kenny Hill was arrested in late March and charged with public intoxication after being unable to name either the president or himself. Defensive tackle Isaiah Golden and linebacker Darian Claiborne were arrested in late February for possession of marijuana and a noise violation, respectively.
