Which colleges have produced the most Pro Football Hall of Famers?

Same as the College Football Hall of Fame: USC and Notre Dame.

Kirby Lee-USA TODAY Sports

College football has its own hall of fame, but that doesn’t mean we can’t pay attention to the professional version in Canton -- most of these guys did play college ball, after all. The induction ceremony took place Saturday night, with Michael Strahan, Derrick Brooks, Ray Guy, Claude Humphrey, Walter Jones, Andre Reed and Aeneas Williams all inducted.

How does that impact the all-time standings of colleges represented in the Pro Football Hall of Fame? Three of the new inductees are the first ever from their respective universities -- Strahan (Texas Southern), Guy (Southern Mississippi) and Reed (Kutztown).

Humphrey and Williams are each the second representatives from their schools. Humphrey joins Richard Dent as the Hall of Fame’s two Tennessee State representatives, while Williams is Southern University’s second inductee, following Mel Blunt.

Florida State ended up with two inductees from this year’s class, claiming both Brooks and Jones. They join Fred Biletnikoff and Deion Sanders as the Seminoles’ representatives in Canton.

Let’s take a look at all the programs with at least four inductees, via the Pro Football Hall of Fame’s site:
