The first quarter isn't even over in Blacksburg, but the East Carolina Pirates are up 21-0 over the Virginia Tech Hokies. Quarterback Shane Carden is 11-19 for 174 yards and three touchdowns in the first frame, and has been able to throw all over the Hokies defense. This is their latest touchdown to go up 21-0:

Looks like Virginia Tech is experiencing a hangover from their big win at Ohio State last Saturday. They have time to turn it around, but they should probably think about getting on that soon.
