How to watch Oregon State vs. San Diego State: Game guide, TV/streaming, odds
Can the Beavers move to 3-0?

The Beavers opened the season with victories over FCS Portland State and Hawaii, but have yet to impress enough to merit being considered Pac-12 contenders. Oregon State struggled with Portland State early and escaped its road game against the Warriors with an eight-point victory, but its has found a strong running game after last year's pass-happy attack. Four different Beaver players have recorded carries this season, and each is averaging more than 5.0 yards per carry. That rushing attack is led by Storm Woods (26 rushes, 160 yards) and Terron Wards (25 rushes, 162 yards).
San Diego State opened the season with a 38-7 victory over Northern Arizona and followed that up with a 31-27 road loss to North Carolina that came down to the last play. The Aztecs saw strong play from quarterback Quinn Kaehler last season (19 touchdowns), but the senior has struggled so far this year, throwing four interceptions in two games.

Two things at stake
Oregon State’s 2-0 start hasn’t been perfect, but it’s still 2-0. A win over the Aztecs would keep the Beavers undefeated heading into their conference opener against USC.
San Diego State nearly pulled off a road upset of a Power 5 conference team last time out. The Aztecs will get another chance here.
One big matchup
Sean Mannion vs. San Diego State secondary. Oregon State's senior quarterback threw for 4,662 yards and 37 touchdowns last season, but he has to try to produce without Biletnikoff-winning wide receiver Brandin Cooks. Through two games this season, Mannion's completion percentage has dropped while his yards per attempt has stayed the same, and he's thrown four touchdowns against one interception.
San Diego State has recorded two interceptions this season, but starts four underclassmen in the secondary of its 3-3-5. Marquise Williams is the only FBS quarterback the Aztecs have faced this season -- he completed 20 of 29 passes for 255 yards and two touchdowns. Both interceptions came against FCS Northern Arizona.
