The SEC West race is getting tight, and Saturday brings us an elimination game as No. 15 Texas A&M (5-1, 2-1 in conference) heads to Vaught-Hemingway Stadium to take on 24th-ranked Ole Miss (5-2, 2-1).
How to watch Texas A&M vs. Ole Miss on TV or online, plus 3 things to know
The Aggies and the Rebels are trying to hold on in the SEC West race.
Both teams are coming off tough losses, and a second conference defeat would put either team firmly behind division leaders LSU and Alabama. The Aggies turned it over four times in a 41-23 loss to the Tide at home, while Ole Miss were stunned by 10.5-point underdog Memphis (now ranked 18th), 37-24. The loss likely ends any College Football Playoff dreams the Rebels were harboring, but an SEC championship could still be there for the taking if they can find a way to win out.
As for the Aggies, they still have a lot to be positive about. They need some help to edge out Alabama on a tiebreaker, but the division and the conference are still winnable if they can avoid another loss. Plus, A&M almost certainly wouldn’t see another ranked opponent before the season-ending trip to Baton Rouge to take on LSU.
This is a must-win for both teams.

Three big things to know
1. Something’s gotta give
A&M's Kyle Allen is coming off one of the worst performances of his career against Alabama: 20 of 40 for 263 yards with three interceptions against just one touchdown. Conversely, Ole Miss is coming off a season-high in passing yards allowed to Paxton Lynch and Memphis. One or the other needs to return to form quick, or they may find their SEC West hopes dashed.
2. Dang ball, running, etc...
Neither one of these teams have been particularly good at running the football against conference opponents. In fact, neither was able to top 40 yards on the ground in losses last week. Ole Miss offensive coordinator Dan Werner said he'd like to change that, but that might be difficult now that starting center Robert Conyers is out for the season.
3. Faceoff
Ole Miss does get a boost this week with star offensive tackle Laremy Tunsil returning after missing half of the season following an NCAA investigation into alleged interaction with an agent. He'll have to hit the ground running in this return to action against Texas A&M defensive end and SEC sacks leader Myles Garrett.
