A relatively dreary day of college football has largely been spared the wrath of what was Hurricane Patricia, the incredibly powerful storm that crashed into Mexico late Friday.

It sure looks soggy in Death Valley!
But LSU’s playing in Baton Rouge, directly in the path of Patricia’s remnants, and she’s emptying the sky on Tiger Stadium, leaving Death Valley look more like a duck pond.

The heaviest it's been, I don't see them playing in this type of weather. If it holds to this degree. #LSU pic.twitter.com/gVyF7YeFrC

— Brett Martel (@brettmartel) October 24, 2015 LSU has already had its opener against McNeese State cancelled due to inclement weather this season. And the Tigers are almost certainly keen to play Western Kentucky when conditions improve; there’s been no word on whether a postponement is even on the docket.
But, well, the forecast is pretty grim, via the NWS:
All that green stuff to the west of Baton Rouge? It’s moving northeast. And there’s plenty more behind it.
