No. 23 Duke has had one of the best runs of football success in program history under David Cutcliffe. The Blue Devils have been so good, in fact, that it’s not that surprising that they carried a ranking into this weekend.
Duke players rush the field to celebrate 4-OT win at Virginia Tech
Duke gets to do fun things on football fields, too.
But it’s still cool for Duke to do things like win at ACC stalwart Virginia Tech. And when the Devils did it on Saturday, scoring the game-winning touchdown in a fourth overtime, the players made sure to celebrate by spilling from the sideline and rushing the field.
