In a Sunday report on college coaches interested in moving to the NFL, Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network said that Texas A&M coach Kevin Sumlin, Notre Dame coach Brian Kelly and UCLA coach Jim Mora could be going to the NFL at the end of the season.

NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport names three coaches ready for the leap to the pros.

Three college coaches said to be open to a potential @NFL head job: #UCLA’s Jim Mora, #TAMU’s Kevin Sumlin, #NotreDame’s Brian Kelly.
— Ian Rapoport (@RapSheet) October 25, 2015 Rapoport specifically named Kelly in connection with the New York Giants, which could be open if Tom Coughlin retires or is fired. The 69-year-old Coughlin has coached the Giants since 2004.
If #Giants have an opening after this year, #NotreDame’s Brian Kelly is a name that GMs pair with that job, based on his traits.
— Ian Rapoport (@RapSheet) October 25, 2015 Rapoport mentioned on NFL Network that former NFL head coach Mora could hesitate to make the return because of having a young quarterback, freshman Josh Rosen, that he likes. Rosen has thrown for nearly 2,000 yards in just seven games, including 399 yards against California this week.
Sumlin is in his fourth season at Texas A&M. While the Aggies have improved under his tutelage, they have yet to finish any higher than second in the SEC West. Texas A&M lost its second consecutive conference game Saturday, falling to Ole Miss in Oxford.
Like Sumlin, Kelly had a breakthrough 2012 but has otherwise failed to reach double-digit wins at Notre Dame. The Fighting Irish could be in contention for a playoff berth in 2015, however, with six wins already banked and a game against Stanford in November.
