Oklahoma, Baylor and Ohio State are among the bigger favorites on the Week 6 college football betting lines at the online sportsbooks.

Mark D. Smith-USA TODAY Sports

The Oklahoma Sooners are 4-1 straight up and 3-2 against the spread in the last five games of the Red River Showdown against the Texas Longhorns. Oklahoma and Texas will clash in another installment of their rivalry game this Saturday at the Cotton Bowl.

Oklahoma is a 16.5-point betting favorite in this year’s Red River Showdown according to sportsbooks monitored by OddsShark.com. The Sooners are off to an impressive 4-0 SU and 3-1 ATS start to the season while the Longhorns have stumbled out of the gate to a 1-4 SU and ATS start through their first five games.

Texas suffered its worst loss of the season last week in a 50-7 blowout on the road against TCU.

The Baylor Bears shot up to No. 3 in the AP poll with an impressive 63-35 win at home against Texas Tech, and now the Bears take their vaunted offense on the road to face one of the worst teams in the nation this Saturday at Kansas against the Jayhawks.

Baylor is a staggering 41.5-point road favorite this week. While the number may seem excessive, Baylor beat Kansas on the road by 45 points in 2013 and at home by 46 last season.

The No. 1 Ohio State Buckeyes had another close call last week in defeating Indiana, 34-27, on the road as a 21.5-point favorite, failing to cover the spread for the fourth straight game.

This Saturday, the Buckeyes host the Maryland Terrapins as a 32-point favorite at home. Maryland is just 2-5 SU and ATS over its last seven games. Ohio State is 0-5 ATS in its last five games at home per the OddsShark College Football Database.

Like Ohio State, No. 4 Michigan State has had trouble with the spread this season owning a 5-0 SU and 0-5 ATS record on the year. The Spartans are a 17-point road favorite this week against the Rutgers Scarlet Knights, who are 2-2 SU and 1-3 ATS in 2015.

With a 4-0 SU and 2-2 ATS record, the Florida State Seminoles are quietly taking care of business under the radar this season. They’ll get their toughest home test of the season thus far on Saturday hosting the Miami Hurricanes as a 10-point home favorite.
