How to watch Notre Dame vs. Boston College on TV or online, plus 3 things to know
Hey let’s play college football in a baseball park!
The Eagles aren't going to offer ND much of a schedule boost in terms of their record, but it could still be a challenge with maybe the nation's best defense going up against an Irish offense that seems to continue to find it's stride. DeShone Kizer continues to play very well with a 66 percent completion rate and a 16/6 touchdown/interception ratio. C.J. Prosise appears to be set to come back at running back as well.
As for the Eagles, they’re trying to snap a seven-game losing streak, which has feature three losses of three points or less. The trend is even worse, with 26-10 losses to Virginia Tech and 24-8 losses to NC State in the last two weeks. The defense is dominant and the offense tends to well, get dominated. And the Irish mark BC’s toughest opponent in terms of the S&P+ rankings since facing No. 1 Clemson a month ago.

Three big things to know
1. DeShone Kizer
The Irish’s sophomore quarterback has improved by the week, but he’s going to face his toughest challenge since the Clemson game. His 24 combined rushing and passing touchdowns on the year are more than double what Boston College has allowed all season.
2. One-sided
The Irish will have to earn all 16 of the points their favored by in this one against the Eagles’ dominant defense. Boston College leads the nation in total defense, yards per play allowed, ranks second in S&P+ and third in points per game with 14.4 allowed. Teams have scored all of 11 touchdowns on the Eagles in 10 games. The problem? The Eagles are in the bottom quarter in just about every category. They average just 17.3 PPG and 4.3 yards per play -- dead last in offensive S&P+.
3. Uni Watch!
Boston College will be wearing special throwbacks to commemorate Doug Flutie’s 1984 Hail Mary to beat Miami.
