That news has not sat well with LSU fans, who appear far more interested in firing Miles’ boss, athletic director Joe Alleva.
Earlier this week, Miles comforted a tearful LSU fan during his call-in show. The movement to save Les made its way to Death Valley Saturday night. If Miles was under pressure, he didn’t show it in pregame, jumping off the bus with a smile and greeting supporters in the stadium.
