San Diego State’s new Aztec helmets are extremely badass

Football uniforms are quickly getting more and more outrageous, with schools (mostly outfitted by Adidas) scrambling to put designs ranging from random on both jerseys and helmets.

But when you can add the Aztec calendar to your football ensemble and make it look good, you simply have to. San Diego State has done just that, unveiling their new uniforms Tuesday with this amazing design on the helmet and shoulders.

San Diego State will wear the uniforms for the first time Sept. 5 against San Diego.
