Fresh off its week one demolition of UTEP, Arkansas welcomes the Toledo Rockets to the Razorbacks’ off-campus home, War Memorial Stadium in Little Rock.
How to watch Toledo vs. Arkansas on TV or online, plus 3 things to know
Rockets versus Razorbacks seems like it would be more of a mismatch in the other direction.
Bret Bielema’s squad scored 48 points last week, albeit in somewhat unexpected fashion with Brandon Allen passing for 308 yards and four touchdowns. The senior completed 14 of 18 passes for an efficiency rating of 294.8. The running game picked up 182 yards in total, with 127 from Alex Collins on just 12 carries.
On defense, Arkansas allowed just 204 yards and racked up 11 tackles for loss.
Toledo returns a wealth of playmakers, including stud running back Kareem Hunt, who ran for 1,631 yards and 16 touchdowns on 8 yards per carry in 2014. It’s a team that might be able to push for the MAC Championship Game for the first time since 2004.

Three big things to know
1. State title?
If Toledo can pull the upset it will have a chance to claim the Natural State Championship when it takes on Arkansas State on Sept. 26.
2. Counter-punch
With senior running back Jonathan Williams out, Arkansas is still looking for a complement to junior Alex Collins. Freshman Rawleigh Williams III and junior Kody Walker combined for just 56 yards on 21 combined carries against UTEP.
3. Hunting season
Arkansas might want to consider seeing if it can get the 225-pound Hunt to stick around. The Toledo running back finished second in the nation last season in yards per carry among running backs with more than 200 carries. He should be a solid test for the Razorback defense, which is still looking for some consistent playmakers next to linebacker Brooks Ellis.
