Memphis-Bowling Green has lost all its marbles. They are scattered across the floor, and there is no recovering them. The Tigers were trailing the Falcons 41-34, when they decided to bust out this trick play beauty:
Memphis scored on a game-tying REVERSE FLEA FLICKER
TRICKERATION ALWAYS WORKS

What makes this so damn pretty is the deception. When the RB sprints to the sideline, the defense treats it like a run. Once he flips it to another WR on a reverse, the defense treats it like a trick play. They see the WR has the ball, and assume he’s either going to try to make a gain with it or throw the type of weak duck WRs tend to throw.
But the QB, Paxton Lynch, is just chilling there the whole time. And he’s fully capable of throwing the ball to a completely open Tevin Jones 40 yards downfield. It’s all the foolery of a double reverse combined with all the foolery of a flea flicker.
