West Virginia absolutely whooped Maryland in Morgantown Saturday. As a worn-out Maryland alum, I feel comfortable stating this.
West Virginia successfully ran a fake punt on 4th-and-long up 38-0, which is fine
If Maryland didn’t want this to happen, maybe it shouldn’t have played like butt.

The Mountaineers were already comfortably ahead in the third quarter when faced with fourth-and-long, so what did Dana Holgorsen do? Call the fake punt, of course.
There is some history here.
Dana Holgorsen on his 37-0 loss to Maryland in 2013: "We rectified that in the first half."
