The No. 20 Wisconsin Badgers head back to Texas to open up another college football season, this time taking on the No. 3 Alabama Crimson Tide in JerryWorld near Dallas.
How to watch Alabama vs. Wisconsin on TV or online, plus 3 things to know
Can the Tide avenge itself against the #B1G?
The Tide return another loaded squad that should be poised to compete or the Southeastern Conference championship and the College Football Playoff, and they're favored by as many as two touchdowns. The run defense will be stout with stars like tackle A'Shawn Robinson and linebacker Reggie Ragland.
Wisconsin will be breaking in a new head coach in former Pitt coach Paul Chryst. He's a former Badger quarterback, and served as offensive coordinator during the Bret Bielema Era in Madison. So, the odds that he can keep the program from skipping a beat seem pretty good. Senior quarterback Joel Stave is back under center for Wisconsin, and he'll have Corey Clement to hand the ball off to. Clement rushed for 949 yards last season backing up Melvin Gordon.
Both teams boast big offensive lines and running backs like Clement and Derrick Henry, so we may not see much of an aerial display in this one.

Three big things to know
1. Understudies Take the Stage
Both teams will start tailbacks that rushed for 900-plus yards last year as the No. 2 guy. Both Derrick Henry and Corey Clement will have their time to shine in 2015.
2. Quarterback, quarterback, who has the quarterback?
Alabama's quarterback competition this offseason remains ... inconclusive. Nick Saban listed Jacob Coker, Cooper Bateman and Alec Morris as co-starters this week, and it's likely that more than one will play on Saturday.
3. Hot Start
The Tide have made a habit of playing in these neutral site openers in recent years. This marks the fourth year in a row for Alabama, and their second time opening in the Cowboy Classic. The Tide have won all four openers. Wisconsin started last season in Texas as well, losing to LSU 28-24 in Houston.
