As the game went on, the notion of properly spotting the ball became difficult to imagine. That’s because you sometimes couldn’t see yard markers.
Here was one of the game’s most critical plays and the one that basically — UMMMM — iced it for Northwest:
Northwest Missouri State is in the midst of the longest winning streak at any level of NCAA football. North Alabama is in the process of moving up to Division I FCS. So this is about as quality a matchup as you can get. Add in some extremely football weather, and you’ve got something.
